LA and TA Grading

You can use a computer, paper or any combination of the two! 
At the top of the paper is space to grade according to this rubric. 
Change it if you wish.  Click on the links for help files.

Rubric)  

  • Put a "C" if it is correctly done, and an "X" if not.
  • Add the number of "C"s, multiply by 10 and place in the Total blank.
  • Insert the Letter grade in the "Grade" blank.
  • If cross graded by students, have them initial in the "Graded by" blank.
  • It is considered complete if there is one missing row across. (9 out of 10 is still great)
  • Here is a PowerPoint or a web page to use on a projector.
  • For Moodle users, a  Web Version and Hot Potatoes source code (Right button click "Save target as...).

Suggested Rubric

 

1 - Is the Topic Sheet (the Reading) highlighted?

 

2 - Is your Name Date and Period on all documents?

3 - Are all the questions / statements /blanks highlighted and completed?

4 - Is there a page to document where you researched the answers?

5 - Is there a paragraph to document where you researched the answers?

 

6 - Are all the captions / answers in complete sentences for a 4th grader?

7 - Are there drawings in all the boxes?

8 - Are the drawings colored with at least 4 colors?

 

9 - Is the bottom assignment (Wrap it up) done?
       (if there is no bottom assignment, check off YES)

10 - Is the document Done, Done, Finished and Done?
